Voucher Setup

The Voucher Setup section lets you create and manage vouchers for your loyalty program. This part is important for setting up special deals and rewards, making sure your members get the benefits they deserve.
    Go to the Voucher Setup section in Voucher Reward.
    Click on Create New Voucher or the Pencil icon next to your existing voucher.
    Fill in the necessary information and click Create.

What do all the fields mean?

Field Name
Description
Brand (Provider)
The brand linked to the voucher.
Voucher Name
The name of the voucher being created.
Voucher Redemption Method
How your members can use the voucher.
  • QR Code: A QR code will show up in the Saku app on their phone. The cashier can scan this code with the SakuBiz app to redeem the voucher.
  • Swipe: Members just need to swipe on the voucher page in the Saku app to redeem it at your store.
Description
A summary of what the voucher is and its details.
Terms & Conditions
The rules and conditions that apply to the voucher.
Voucher Image
The picture that represents the voucher.
Voucher Type
This shows what kind of voucher type you have. Here’s what each type of voucher means:
  • All Member: This voucher will be issued to all members.
Choose this option, and the voucher will be sent out to all members by the next day.
  • Birthday: This voucher is given to members during their birthday month.
The voucher will be given to eligible members the next day.
  • Catalogue: This voucher is for redemption from the in-app catalogue.
Choose this if the voucher is for catalogue redemption.
  • Generic: This voucher is given to members manually through SakuBiz. or via your referral program.
Choose this if the voucher is for referral setup & voucher adjustment.
  • Welcome: This voucher is given to new members when they join the membership.
Card Type
The type of card that can receive and use the voucher.
Issuance Start Date
The date from which the voucher can be issued to members.
Issuance End Date
The date until which the voucher can be issued to members.
Gender
The gender of members who can use the voucher.
Take note: Gender feature can only be used if the gender
Age
The age range of members eligible for the voucher.
Number of Vouchers Issued
How many vouchers to issue to each member.
Valid Period
This is the period your members can use the voucher, starting on the day they receive it.

  • You can decide how long this period will be, whether that’s in DAYs, MONTHs, or YEARs, by picking the right option.
  • Alternatively, you can set a specific end DATE when the voucher will no longer be usable by choosing the date.
