Device Setup

Now that you have your program and rewards ready, let’s setup your devices for each outlet so customers can earn and use their rewards!
    Go to the Device section to set up your devices.
    Click on the Gear icon next to your existing device.
    Update the necessary information and click Update.
    You can also export the device information to share with your outlet managers. Your cashiers will be able to log into the SakuBiz app using the Merchant Device ID and Device Login Password.
    If you want to reset access for one of your devices, simply click the Gear icon next to that device and choose Reset Device. This will log the device out of the SakuBiz app, allowing your cashier to log back in with the new password.

What do all the fields mean?

Field Name
Description
Device Name
This is the name you give to this device. It helps you keep track of your devices.
Device Login Password
This is the password your cashier uses to sign into Sakubiz on your device.
Card Prefix
The Card Prefix that can be processed by this device.
Voucher Redemption
Enable or disable the ability to redeem vouchers
Void Transaction
Enable or disable the ability to void transactions
Transaction History
Enable or disable the ability to view transaction history
Balance Inquiry
Enable or disable the ability to check members’ points/credit balance
Change Pin
Enable or disable the ability to change the members’ PIN
Transaction Pin
Decide if a PIN is needed for credit transactions. If turned on, members will need to input their PIN to redeem their credits at your store.
OTP Check
Enable or disable the ability to trigger OTP (One-Time Password) to members
Update Membership Profile
Enable or disable the ability to update membership profiles for customers
Card Approval
Enable or disable the ability to approve membership applications
Point Based Limit & Access
Section for setting limits and access controls for points rewards.
Minimum Reward Amount
The minimum amount spent by member to earn points.
Maximum Reward Amount
The maximum amount spent by member to earn points. Any amount spent above this limit will not be eligible to earn additional points.
Minimum Redeem Amount
The minimum amount of points that can be redeemed per transaction, based on RM value.
Maximum Redeem Amount
The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed per transaction, based on RM value.

The minimum amount of points that can be redeemed per transaction.
Maximum Redeem Points
The maximum amount of points that can be redeemed per transaction.
Reward
Enable or disable the ability to issue points to users.
Redemption
Enable or disable the ability to redeem users’ points.
Credit Based Limit & Access
Section for setting limits and access controls for credit-based transactions.
Minimum Top Up Amount
The minimum amount of cash required to top up the account in a single transaction.
Maximum Top Up Amount
The maximum amount of cash that can be topped up in a single transaction.
Minimum Redeem Amount
The minimum amount of credit that can be redeemed per transaction.
Maximum Redeem Amount
The maximum amount of credit that can be redeemed per transaction.
Minimum Activation Amount
The minimum amount of credit required to activate the credit wallet.
Maximum Activation Amount
The maximum amount of credit that can be used to activate the credit wallet.
Top-up
Enable or disable the ability to top up accounts with credit .
