Redemption Setup

Create a catalogue of gifts and vouchers for your members to redeem with their membership points.
Please create the redemption gifts as vouchers in the catalogue at ⁠⁠Voucher Setup⁠  first, so that the redemption catalogue will work.
    Go to the Redemption section to set up your redemption catalogue.
    Click on Create New Gift or the Pencil icon next to your existing gifts.
    Fill in the necessary information and click Create.


What do all the fields mean?

Field Name
Description
Brand (Provider)
Choose the brand linked to the item in the catalogue.
Start Date
The date when the item can first be redeemed.
End Date
The date when the item can no longer be redeemed.
Gift Name
The name of the item or voucher listed in the catalogue.
Category
Only Catalogue Voucher can be selected.
Voucher
You can choose from a list of vouchers that were created earlier, which belong to the [Catalogue] category.
After the voucher is selected, the following fields will be auto populated: (i) gift name, (ii) description, & (iii) terms & conditions
Description
A detailed explanation of the item or voucher available for redemption.
Terms & Conditions
The rules for redeeming the item or voucher.
Unit Cost
The cost price of the item or voucher in RM.
Stock Quantity
The number of items available for redemption in the catalogue.
Original Point
The initial number of points needed to redeem the item or voucher. This amount will be slashed if you input the discounted point.
Discounted Point
The number of points needed to redeem the item or voucher after a discount. This is what your member will pay to redeem it.

Redemption Limit
Set a cap on how many times a member can redeem, or choose "Unlimited" for no limits.
