At the top of the dashboard, you will find a Advanced Search that enables you to set the analysis period. Use this to filter data based on specific time ranges, such as monthly, yearly, or custom periods, to assess performance trends over time.

You can apply several filters to narrow down your analysis:
Lapse Member Period Day allows you to set the number of days after which a member is considered a lapse member (someone who has not made a purchase at your store within the defined time period).
Lost Member Period Day sets the threshold for when you categorise a member as no longer active. These members need significant re-engagement to bring them back to your store.
Top Spending Members: This filter lets you choose the number of top spending members you want to view based on total spend during the selected period.
Top At-Risk Members: This filter allows you to view a specific number of members who are considered at risk of becoming inactive, based on their engagement and shopping behavior.
Top Referral Leaders: This filter allows you to view a specific number of top members who have referred the most new customers to your store.
Top Redemption Performance: This filter lets you view the members who have redeemed the most rewards through your loyalty program.
