In the Point Setup area, you can decide how to give points to your members. This part helps you tailor how much points they can earn so it fits well within your expenses while keeping your members enticed.

Go to the Point Setup section in Point Reward.
A default Base Point Ratio has been setup for you to award 1 point for every RM1 spent by your members. If you want to change it, click on icon next to it.
Change the necessary information and click Update.
To add more point setups, just return to the main point setup page and click on Create New Point Setup.
What do all the fields mean?
Field
Description
Point Setup Name
This is the name you give to this point setup. It helps you keep track of your campaigns and different point setups.
Point Setup Type
This shows what kind of point setup you have:
Default Point Rate: This is the standard option for your business and it’s always enabled.
There can be only 1 default point setup.
Extra Point Rate: This enables you to reward extra points to your members. These points are rewarded automatically during the duration of the point program.
Optional Point Rate: This is similar to extra points setup but the main difference is that these extra points can only be given out manually by the cashier using the merchant app.

From Date
The date when the point program starts.
To Date
The date when the point program ends.
Eligible Card Type
The type of card that can earn points for the points setup
Points Ratio
How many points members earn for every ringgit spent.
Extra Points
Allows members to earn additional points if this option is selected.
Example of Points Calculation
Points Ratio - RM1 = 1 point
Extra Points Setup - Amount of [RM10] equals [10] points
