In the Card Setup section, you can manage your loyalty cards effectively. Here, you can customize your loyalty cards to fit your business, making it easier to connect with and reward your customers.

Go to the Card Setup section to manage your loyalty cards.
Click on Create New Card Type or the icon next to an existing card.
Choose the options you need and fill in the required information.
What do all the fields mean?
Field Name
Description
Display Name
This is your company’s display name to customers. It can be updated at your Profile.
Card Feature
Choose what your loyalty card can do:
Points: Users can earn and redeem points.
Credit: Users can redeem credit, where they reload with cash at the outlets.
Points & Credit: Users can earn points and redeem both points and credit.
Card Name
The name of your loyalty card or program.
Card Image
The image representing your loyalty card or program.
Validity (Months)
How long the membership lasts for users. You can set it to "No Expiry" for lifetime membership or specify the number of months.
For a 1-year membership, set the validity to 12 months.
Redemption type
This shows how reward points will be displayed to members.
Points: User be seeing the reward points in its actual format
Example: 1 point = 1 point
Amount: User be seeing the reward points in $ format
Example: 1 point = $0.01
Points & Amount: Both format will be shown
Example: 1 point = 1 point ($0.01)
Sync this card type prefix to all devices
The card prefix is the first six digits of your card, set up by the system. If you want all devices connected to your business to accept this card prefix, just check the box that says "Sync this card type prefix to all devices". For membership cards that can only be used with certain devices, you can sync them individually in Device Setup.
Benefits
Describe the benefits of your loyalty program to your customers.
Terms & Conditions
Outline the terms and conditions of your loyalty card for your customers.
Membership Approval
Indicates if users need your approval to join the program. Typically used for programs requiring a membership fee or reloading a pre-fix credit amount before joining.
Additional fields
Select any extra information you want to collect from customers who join your loyalty program. Keep in mind that the more details you gather, the better you can understand your members.
